ORDER 

Was my order placed correctly? 

When you order shoes or jewellery from us, we send a confirmation email from hi@purpletag.ie with the order details. Please keep this email, in case you need to contact us. 

Why I didn't get any order confirmation email?

We send a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. If you didn't get the email, your mailbox may be full, or it may be flagged as spam by mistake. So please check your spam and junk folders.

The shoes or the jewellery I want is sold out. Will you get more? 

Please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we will let you know about the next availability of the shoes or the jewellery you want.

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you made a mistake and want to change/cancel an order, no problem! Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@purpletag.ie and we will change it for you.

How can I pay when I shop on PurpleTag.ie?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Laser cards, or PayPal.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged as soon as you place an order.

Are my details secure and private?

PurpleTag uses Realex Payments to process orders. Realex is Ireland's number 1 online payment service provider, with the best reputation in ensuring security in internet transactions. We don't keep credit card details and never share it with any third parties. 


DELIVERY 

How long does the delivery take?

PurpleTag provides free nationwide delivery within three working days for orders placed untill 2pm. We are proud to offer the fastest free delivery in Ireland.

What should I do if I receive faulty shoes or jewellery? 

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we replace the item straight away. 

 

RETURN

What is your Returns Policy?

PurpleTag.ie is the only online shoe shop in Ireland to offer free returns*. We believe customers have the right to try shoes at home and make sure they are completely happy with the fitting. If you dont know which size to buy, you can even order two pairs and send back the one that didn't fit. We refund your returns within a few days. Please note, you must return the shoes in their original condition until 14 days after receiving it (so never wear them outdoors). 

* PLEASE NOTE that we do not offer free returns on sale items.

How do I return something to you?

It is very simple! 

We offer FREE returns on all purchases* in the Republic of Ireland (An Post only), just follow the procedures below.

Go to returnmyshopping.ie select Purpletag as retailer and after choose a return reason. Type your Order Number on Retailer Order Reference (it was sent to you by email as Order Confirmation). Fulfil your details and print the label.

For our Northern Ireland customers: You can return a parcel to any An Post office, but the returns label is not accepted by Royal Mail unfortunately.

Returning Sale Items: Customers can use two options of return.

1. Using our discounted postage label. Simply return using the Returnmyshopping label and we will refund your order less the postage, which is €4 per parcel.

2. Or pay for full postage at your local post office. Our address is PurpleTag, 14 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2. (please include a note with your name and order number in the parcel).

  • Step by Step Guide

    • Prepare the package. Shoes and jewellery should be unworn and in their original box or pack.  
    • Place it back into the original bag. 
    • If you have more than one pair of shoes or piece of jewellery to return, please wrap them together in the same packing.
    • We'll refund your payment as soon as we receive the shoes or jewellery* back. It normally only takes a few working days for the bank to process the refund.

How do I return faulty shoes and jewellery?

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we replace the item straight away. 

Has my returned item arrived?

When we get the return, we first check that the shoes or jewellery are in their original condition. We then send you a confirmation email so you know we have received the return. Your payment is automatically refunded to the card used for the original order. This can take up to 10 days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
