Was my order placed correctly? 

When you order shoes from us, we send a confirmation email from hi@purpletag.ie with the order details. Please keep this email, in case you need to contact us. 

Why I didn't get any order confirmation email?

We send a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. If you didn't get the email, your mailbox may be full, or it may be flagged as spam by mistake. So please check your spam and junk folders.

The shoes I want is sold out. Will you get more? 

Please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we will let you know about the next availability of the shoes you want.

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you made a mistake and want to change/cancel an order, no problem! Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@purpletag.ie and we will change it for you.


How can I pay when I shop on PurpleTag.ie?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Laser cards, or PayPal.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged as soon as you place an order.

Are my details secure and private?

PurpleTag uses Global Payments to process orders. Global Payments is Ireland's number 1 online payment service provider, with the best reputation in ensuring security in internet transactions. We don't keep credit card details and never share them with any third parties. 


How long does the delivery take?

PurpleTag provides nationwide delivery (free delivery for orders over €40 or €4.50 delivery for orders under €50) within three working days for orders placed until 2pm. 

What should I do if I receive faulty shoes? 

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we will replace the item straight away. 



How do I return something to you?

It is very simple! 

Option A:

If you wish to return your order, we recommend doing so by printing out a label on the “Click&Post” page of An Post’s official website. Please note there is a small €4.95 charge payable by card.

Here is a step-by-step guide for you:

  1. Click the An Post image below to be redirected to Click & Post.
  2. Select PurpleTag.ie as the retailer followed by the reason for your return and your order number.
  3. You can now choose if you wish to drop your parcel off at your local An Post office or if you would like them to collect it from you. Whichever suits you best!
  4. Please enter your details and click the box if you agree to An Post’s terms and conditions.
  5. Click “Confirm Drop Off/Collection” to be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details.
  6. Simply print out the label and stick it onto your return parcel.


Option B:

Alternatively, full postage can be paid at your local post office. Our address is:

PurpleTag, 14 Exchequer Street, Dublin 2

(please include a note with your name and order number in the parcel). This option will work best for our customers in N.I and GB as unfortunately Royal Mail does not accept the return labels from option A.

Important things to note:

  • Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. We don’t accept items that have been soiled, damaged or scratched.

  • If you have more than one pair of shoes to return, please wrap them together in the same packing.

  • We'll refund your payment as soon as we receive the shoes back. It normally only takes a few working days for the bank to process the refund.

How do I return faulty shoes?

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at hi@purpletag.ie and we will arrange to have the item replaced straightaway. 

Has my returned item arrived?

When we get the return, we first check that the shoes are in their original condition. We then send you a confirmation email so you know we have received the return. Your payment is automatically refunded to the card used for the original order. This can take up to 10 days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
